Registrant details are never sold, never passed to presenting institutions and never used for marketing.
Who processes your data to run this service
These providers process registration data only to make the event portal work — this is processing to run the service, not sharing with a third party.

| Cloudflare | Edge network and bot protection — keeps the site reachable and screens for abuse. Also stores off-site database backups, hosted in Singapore. |
| ZeptoMail/Zoho | Transactional email delivery — sends confirmation and event-day emails. |
| VPS host | Server hosting — runs the database and application that power registration. |
How long we keep your data
Registrant data is kept for 12 months after the event. Off-site backups are replaced with a fresh copy every 90 days, so no single backup is ever older than that.
Interim: these figures stand until the 27 September 2026 PDPA review either ratifies or replaces them.
